FAQ

  • 1. How can I participate in training?

    Go to the “All Courses” page, and review what courses are available at the moment. You can click on the course banner to check the full curriculum and enroll in the course.

  • 2. Is it possible to get a certificate?

    The platform offers two types of courses - those with certificates and without. Make sure you're correctly enrolled.

    To enroll in a course with a certificate, go to the "All Courses" and then to the "Certification Courses" section.

    Issued certificates will be available within your account settings at any time.

  • 3. I completed the course but didn't get a certificate. How can I get my certificate?

    If you have already enrolled in a certification course, check your progress at the top of the Course Player. The certificate will be issued once it reaches 80%. To properly track your progress, click "Complete" after each lesson.

  • 4. Is there an expiration time for my enrollment?

    There is no expiration date if you register and enroll in the training yourself. You can access educational materials at any time and from any location.

  • 5. I was enrolled in the partner training by Medit but can't see my courses. How should I proceed?

    Log in and navigate to "My Dashboard" from the top menu bar. There you will find a complete list of your enrolled courses. Note that partners' access to training is limited to one month, after which the courses will be withdrawn. For an extension, please contact your salesperson.

  • 6. I have completed a course, but I am still receiving reminders for that course in the mail. Why?

    A Progress Reminder is automatically sent when the progress rate is not 100%. If you have completed the course, "New Lessons" may have been added in the meantime. If so, the progress rate will drop and a Progress Reminder will be sent again. Go to the course to see if new lessons have been added and if there are any Lessons you haven't taken, complete them!

  • 7. Will there be any new courses?

    We see Medit Academy as an important resource for connecting with and training our users. Please keep an eye out for updates, as we are always adding new content.
