Medit Academy

At Medit Academy, we believe that meaningful learning experiences are built together with our community. To better understand how we’re supporting your journey, we recently conducted a survey with 355 members of the Medit community, gathering insights from a diverse range of users across different backgrounds and experience levels.

Among them, 155 active users shared detailed feedback based on their hands-on experience with Medit Academy—and the results are both encouraging and insightful.

Overall, active users rated Medit Academy 8.3 out of 10, reflecting a highly positive learning experience.

A Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 8.3 / 10 indicates a strong willingness among users to recommend Medit Academy to others—a meaningful sign of trust and value.

Looking more closely at the responses from active users:

• 📚 Content Quality — 87.7% rated our course content as Good or Excellent, underscoring the relevance and practical value of our educational materials.
• 🌐 Multilingual Support — 65.2% found our multilingual offerings helpful, demonstrating the importance of accessible learning for our global community.
• 🧭 Navigation Ease — 56.8% described the platform as Easy or Very Easy to navigate, reflecting ongoing efforts to create a more intuitive and user-friendly learning environment.

Another encouraging signal from our survey is how consistently learners are engaging with Medit Academy.

Among the 155 active users, nearly half (45.8%) reported using Medit Academy on a weekly basis or more, highlighting a strong core of highly engaged learners who regularly return to build their skills and stay up to date. This level of frequent usage reflects not just initial interest, but sustained value in the platform as part of users’ ongoing learning routines.

In addition, 25.2% of users access the platform a few times a month, showing that a significant portion of our community engages with Medit Academy regularly, even if not weekly.

It’s also exciting to see that 15.5% of respondents have recently started using Medit Academy, signaling a steady influx of new learners discovering and adopting the platform.

These results not only validate the direction we’ve taken with Medit Academy but also highlight opportunities to continue enhancing the learning experience. We remain committed to building on your feedback—expanding high-quality content, improving usability, and making the platform even more accessible to learners worldwide.
